To obtain a duplicate registration, fill out form B-341 and bring it to your local full service branch office or satellite office with your marker plate number and the required fee of $20.

You may write to the DMV requesting a duplicate registration. Please direct correspondence to:

Be sure to include your marker plate number, type of vehicle, your name, address and your signature on the letter.  You must include a $20 check or money order made payable to the DMV for the duplicate registration.

Note: Always include your plate number on your check.
